Dr. Nicholas Sitinas
Dr. Nicholas Sitinas graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine and received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 1990. Following veterinary school, he completed externships at the Angell Memorial Animal Hospital in Boston, the Englewood Animal Hospital (Englewood, NJ) and with Dr. Greg Harrison at the Bird Hospital of Lakeworth, FL. Dr. Sitinas was accepted into an internship in canine and feline medicine and surgery at the prestigious Animal Medical Center in New York City and continued on to complete a residency in avian and exotic pet medicine and surgery.
Before purchasing South Wilton Veterinary Group in 1996, Dr. Sitinas practiced as an associate veterinarian at a busy two-hospital, multi-doctor group in New Rochelle, NY and Wilton, CT.
With professional interests in avian medicine, Dr. Sitinas has attained diplomate status in Avian Practice in 1997 and again in 2007. A federally accredited veterinarian, he is also past president of the Fairfield County Veterinary Medical Association.
Dr. Sitinas and his wife, Dr. Robertson, are co-owners of South Wilton Veterinary Group.
